Beca Wistreich

Beca Wistreich (Director of The Outcome) has 13 years' experience as a full-service researcher and evaluator across qualitative and quantitative methods. She is a Level 3 Advanced Social Value Practitioner, accredited by Social Value International, and one of only six people in Ireland to hold the accreditation.

Beca designs and leads independent evaluations for non-profit, social enterprise and public sector organisations. She is adept at working with programme teams to clarify goals and intended outcomes, and at translating this into evaluations that give funders, boards and stakeholders a clear, fair picture of impact. She is adept at facilitating participants and stakeholders to articulate their needs, experiences and the outcomes they have achieved, across a wide range of interventions and supports.

She has conducted extensive primary research and evaluation with marginalised and vulnerable groups, including people with criminal convictions, migrants and International Protection applicants, Traveller and Roma communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people with disabilities, consistently applying a person-centred and trauma-informed approach.

Beca graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012 with a BA in Classical Civilisation and holds a Level 9 Certificate in Creative Facilitation for Global Citizenship Education, awarded by MTU in 2023.
